All appointments require at least 7 days notice, to change or cancel appointments. Failure to provide the minimum 7 days notice, will result in the forfeiture of any deposit made for that service.
In the event artwork for your appointment has already been produced, an artwork fee will be subtracted from your deposit amount and the artwork will be retained by the artist / studio.
This policy also extends to Touch-Ups and Adjustment appointments. These appointments will then be at your expense.
Tattoo Removal Appointments:

All tattoo touch-ups are free, up to 3 months, from the date of tattooing. Touch-ups after this period will be at your expense.
Exceptions to this policy, are hands, feet, neck, face, scaring, skin conditions and neglect. All touch ups in these areas will be at your expense.
Our tattooing service is available to adults only, persons under 18 years of age will not be tattooed under any circumstance, so please don’t ask.
Tattooing Under 25:
As a duty of care to our clients, we will not tattoo hands, face, or neck on persons under 25 years of age.
Exceptions to this policy, are heavily tattooed clients, or clients with existing hand, face or neck tattoos. This exemption, is at our discretion.
Vouchers are not transferable and non refundable, as per the terms and conditions stated on them. Service deposits made with a Gift Voucher are also non refundable. Gift Vouchers expire 90 days from issue, unless redeemed in store. After being redeemed, your voucher amount will remain on your account until utilised.
Quotes are only valid for 30 days, as inflation increases and artists skill levels develop, so does their service rate. Apprentice tattooing is also include in this policy, unless otherwise authorised by the owner.
Providing a Doctors Certificate or Police Incident report is supplied, explaining your absence, your deposit may be retained.
Supporting documentation must be relevant to yourself or immediate family member you are caring for.
However you must state this at the time of cancellation. Documentation must be supplied to the studio within 48 hours, in person, second party, or by email and social media.
All refunds are auctioned via direct bank transfer to your nominated account. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be actioned, so please be patient.
